Here is a pair of EX POLICE TACTICAL HIATT SPEEDCUFFS SPEED CUFFS RIGID HAND CUFFS, with NO RESERVE!! These are the genuine article, as issued by the Police, I have used these exact cuffs myself and can confirm that they are in perfect working order. They are supplied with TWO keys. These cuffs can be 'Double Locked' which means once the cuffs are applied and Double Locked the cuff ring will remain rigid and NOT bite in to the wearer. This achieved by simply pushing a slider on the main body of the cuffs with the small prong of the key. This item falls withen Ebay's rules to selling such items. Any questions, simply ask, thanks.
