I am offering an exquisite vintage Foley Teacup and Saucer that was made in England between 1948 and 1963. This is going by the stamp on the bottom of the teacup and saucer. The teacup has gold gilding on the octagon rim, ornate handle and footed base. T is also gold gilding on the saucer rim. Inside the teacup is a large single pink rose with brown leaves, stems and thorns. The outside of the teacup is a pale blue with two pink rose buds, brown leaves, stems and thorns on the front and a single branch with 3 brown leaves on the back. W the footed base starts t is a darker blue ring around the teacup and the footed base is white with a gold band at the bottom. The saucer is pale blue and trimmed in gold over a scalloped rim. T is a large pink rose, a large and smaller pink rose bud with brown stems, leaves and thorns. On the bottom of the teacup and saucer is a picture of a fire breathing dragon, 1980 EB Foley Bone China Made in England. T are no chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing or repairs to these pieces. The gold trim is in excellent condition on both pieces. The only thing I can find, is on the front of the cup w the footed base starts t is a small dot.
