FABULOUS CAPODIMONTE "BOASTER" BY GIUSEPPE CAPPE Description Offered here a simply fabulous Capodimonte figure named "BOASTER" Crafted in porcelain, this incredible piece was crafted by the popular artist Giuseppe Cappe in Italy c.1960's This fine piece depicts a gentleman wearing a grey suit and bowler hat tapping his cigar ash onto his loyal dog by his feet. The dog is having the last laugh however as he is cocking his leg up against his masters leg!!! Typical Cappe humour in which he is famous for! A wonderfully detailed piece. Stands 22cm high, fully signed by Cappe. This figure is in good condition with the only points to mention at some point the dog has been off the base causing a break to the front leg. There also appears to be a small repair to the mans coat (picture 7) Please inspect the photo's. No other issues.
