Hand held faceting head similiar to old world diamond cutters unit. This auction is for the hand held faceting head, five brass dops, and protractor ONLY. This auction is NOT for the faceting table with spindle and laps. The table is in picture only to show how the faceting head is used and what you must construct to start faceting gems. The unit is black anodized aluminum, with stainless spindle, delrin leveling feet, and a 96 index brass gear. I have used a similiar unit for over forty years and have faceted many well cut beautiful stones. This unit is new and a precision engineered piece of machinery. The unit is easy to use and adapt to, but if you are totally mechanically inept then I suggest you spent a few thousand and buy one of those other units.
