This wonderful archaic jade carving initially appears to be neolithic, but I believe it is a Zhou Dynasty artifact, 1100 - 221 BC, due to the nature of the man's facial features. It is an amazing piece that expresses our transcendent nature. Excellent condition with one stable fissure on back bottom as seen in last photo. It stands 8-1/2 inches tall and weighs a fraction over three pounds.
