FABULOUS ANTIQUE ART DECO 1920s FIGURAL REPOUSSE STERLING VANITY SET You are bidding on a STUNNING ART DECO ANTIQUE REPOUSSE STERLING VANITY SET. The 8 piece vanity set is in excellent condition and has stunning WOMAN'S FACES repousse detailing on all the matching pieces . They are marked with " F & B Sterling Pat'd 2236". The repousse is very deeply carved all over with deep multiple FACES, FLOWERS and foliage . The repousse is over and inch high at the face. The BEVELED mirror is good and has no chips or cracks, and has no loss of silver. T are no major dings and NO monogram . This mirror measures 10 " from top to bottom, is solid, a truly gorgeous Victorian piece . The hairbrush is 9 1/4". The clothes brush is 7 3/8", the shoe hook tool is 6 1/4", the shoe horn is 7 3/4", the scissors-like hair straitener 7 3/4" and the nail tool 4 3/8". The brushes are fresh and set firmly in wood base with full brushheads. From the hallmark, we believe this set was made around 1920 by Farber Brothers of NYC. All have been lightly polished and are shiny and bright . Will look great on your dresser! The finest REPOUSSE SET I have ever seen and certainly the best I have sold!
