This siren works and it can be plugged into the wall and has an on/off switch. I have not played it indoors-only on the front porch because its so loud then I run real quick indoors(with the siren of course) so neighbors have no idea. Yes its fun!! It measures 12 1/8" tall and 6 1/4" wide. I am going to estimate the shipping at $40.00 and then whoever buys this, send me an email with your address and I will take it to the post office then respond back with the shipping for you. If you don't want to wait then just pay the amount through Paypal and I will get it right out to you. Thanks for looking!!
