That year they issued their fire mark, which depicts a fireman in full parade dress uniform with a flambeau in one hand and a speaking trumpet to issue orders in the other. The original Associated Firemen's fire mark measured 9 3/8" X 12" and is one of the rarest marks and one that is seldom seen.This is a vintage mark of heavy (almost 6.0 lbs.) cast iron construction measuring approximately 8.625"X 11.0". It has a good painted surface with only minor chips/nicks, which really gives it a great vintage/antique look and feel about it.
