(at the time he was only 1 1/2 years old) The product states that the recommended age for this is 3 and up. I figured I would buy it anyway and see what happens. My son took to it immediatley!! He absolutely loves this. He knows that when the red light flashes he needs to plug it in, he can easily change out cd's. And he also loves to play music cd's on this vs. just cartoons. I also bought him the carrying bag with the headphones. He makes sure that he knows were his bag is when going on a trip. I LOVE this product sooo much, that I am looking to buy one more for an upcomming birthday party, to w the birthday boy will be turning 3. I just know that he will also love it. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT 100% I do wish that it wasn't as expensive." DVD player is factory sealed new. It is not reconditioned or refurbished.
