Soyuz TMA-3 Spacecraft FLOWN Items Acrylic Limited Edition 1 of only 5 (I now have only 4 of these acrylics available!) The Acrylic itself measures 13.3cm by 8cm and is UV resistant. This acrylic contains the following segments from the Soyuz TMA-3 main descent parachute flown to the International Space Station on 18th October 2003: Flown Parachute Cord (2.4cm by 1.4cm) Flown Orange Parachute Segment (3cm by 2.3cm) Flown White Parachute Segment (3cm by 2.3cm) These segments orbited the earth for 194 days, 18 hours and 33 minutes completing 3170 orbits and returned to earth of 30th April 2004. The segments are visible from both sides of the acrylic. Crew: Michael Foale - Nasa Alexander Kaleri - Russia Pedro Duque - Spain They were removed from the Soyuz TMA-3 parachute which was purchased in its entirety by a Canadian company they were initially incorporated into two bags (pictured). Alexander Kaleri the Commander of Soyuz TMA-3 certified the flown parachutes incorporated into the bags and the buyer will be provided with a copy of this certificate of authenticity Please see the attached images.
