Here is an original 1969 Franklin Mint States of the Union Mini-Coin Set, 1st Edition Series, containing 50 individual medals, representing each state with a unique design. Besides the Sterling Silver (.925) medals, this set includes the original blue display album, a book with a brief history of each state, as well as the original July 1969 invoice. Each medal is approximately 10mm in diameter. Each medal weighs approximately 1 gram. This gives the set its total weight of approximately 1.6 troy ounces. Please note that most of the medals show varying levels of tarnishing after over 40 years of being in this album. The blue display album is in good condition. Item must be paid for through PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to U.S. only. Returns accepted within 3 days with the buyer paying return shipping costs.
