This is a wonderfully graphic little 2-sided tole (tin with lithographed printing) box dating most likely from somew between 1900-1940 or so. The rectangular black box has two hinged lids which open out from the center. Each lid is printed in red with various trademarks of the company and the words 'Cirages-Cremes-Articles de Nettoyages' or Waxes-Creams-Cleaning products. This type of old tin lithographed publicity box is highly collectible in France and would be a wonderful addition to your collection. The box is in good vintage condition with a vintage patina (see photos). It is completely intact with no rust damage. It measures 7 inches long, 3 & 3/4 inches wide and 1 inch deep.
