This tiny frog has all the details the larger fetishes have. It is a great piece that show how talented Lance is when it comes to crafting artwork. Frog is crafted out of green serpentine with turquoise inlayed eyes. This frog is waiting around and waiting for an insect to fly by. Handmade sculpture is signed by artist Lance Cheama. Lance Cheama and his brothers Wilfred Cheama and Dan Quam are recognized as some of best Zuni Fetish carvers. They are cited as being the creators of the life-like Zuni fetish style. Dimensions In Inches Length: 7/8" Width: 3/4" Height: 1/2" About Seller: I'm Albert Cheama. Born and raised in Zuni, NM. I started selling fetishes to support myself through college at Univ. of Michigan in Ann Arbor. T are a few of us in the Cheama household that were not blessed in the field of making art, believe me I tried. Growing up in an creative family full of silversmiths and carvers, workmanship is highly valued. I know good Jewelry and Fetishes when I see it.
