Game Worn / Used Philadelphia Stars Helmet (USFL). The helmet was worn by quarterback Chuck Fusina (former Penn State quarterback). Fusina's number (#14) is written on the back bumper and his name in written on the inside of the helmet (See photos). The name is a little faded from sweat but still very readable. The helmet is a photo match to the picture of Fusina in the 1985 USFL Sporting News Football Register. The Register will be included with the helmet for the winner. The helmet shows wear, inside and out. All pads are inside. No chinstrap. Decals on both sides of the helmet are flat. Great helmet, from one of the Stars' better players. Winning bidder to pay $20 for priority S/H/I, $40 international. No reserve.
