Large sterling silver overlay bolo by Hopi artists Gary and Elsie Yoyokie of Kykotsmovi, Arizona. Circular disc diameter of 3 3/8 " is divided into four parts, representing seasonal Hopi activities: planting, growing corn, Kachina, snake and Kokopelli. Sun Face in center is raised; see picture #2. Silver sleeves on each cord are 2 1/4 ". Overall cord length is approximately 23" of six-ply cord.This bolo was made by the Yoyokies in 1992, and has been owned by one collector since then, and has been well-cared for. Condition is excellent, and no scratches on silver. A truly superb example of the work of these award-winning artists.Shipping and insurance to the lower 48 states is included, and international shipping, including Japan, can be arranged and will be charged at cost.
