I have a large assortment of KATO, Atlas, Bachmann and other "N" gauge manufacturers' structures, engines, boxcars, cargo haulers, coal cars from many years of collecting. Most of my collection is brand new in the original box and never used. Some items were opened to get a better look at and to plan where it would go on the layout but it was put back in the box or put away shortly after opening. The used items will state they are used. I had plans for a huge layout that never happened but I enjoyed collecting anyway. Now I am downsizing and can't keep all of it, so you will benefit. All of my items have been stored in totes in a climate controlled, smoke free environment. This item is a series of seven (7) POLA beautiful American style buildings. The buildings are all different heights and consist of a two corner buildings that anchor the street. There is Judy's Boutique, and Abbey's Hotel for the corners. In the center is Uncle Sam's Liquor Store, a hardware store, a supermarket, 1st National Bank and a US Post Office. I am including the two Post Office trucks and a Greyhound Bus in this set. The inclusion of two corner buildings completes this as a full street or you can add more buildings to to make a wrap around downtown area on your layout.
