For yourconsideration I offer this very attractive gents wrist watch from the sixties and still running strong to this day. The Bulova signed CASE is constructed of stainless steel with a s/s case back which bears the date stamp code for 1965 it also suggests that the watch WAS waterproof, shock resistant and anti-magnetic. The case is in great form for one so old and has suffered no deep gouges or deep scratches. The signed DIAL is finished in a greying silver linen look with raised Arabic numerals at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 points and silver batons at the other points. It is furnished with radium filled ‘dauphine’ style hour and minute hands with a separate sub seconds dial above the 6 sweeping majestically. The signed MOVEMENT is a calibre 11al mechanical unit which is running fine and strong keeping time prior to and whilst listing the watch. It is date stamped with the code for 1965 matching the case date. The attached BAND is in the form of an expanding bracelet of stainless steel suiting the watch very well. My overall judgement of this watch is that it is a very attractive specimen which could adorn the wrist on that special occasion or fit nicely into a collection of mechanical watch memorabilia. Such feedback is vital for any seller but more so for a new one. Returns are accepted if the item has been grossly misrepresented and then following notification within 24hrs of receipt - return shipping is at buyer’s expense and must be returned to me in the same condition as posted outward.
