Up for auction I have a GORGEOUS German Pewter Whiskey Whistle. This is a fabulous item with very ornate detail. It will surely be a very unique addition to the pewter lovers collection. This item is gorgeous and is in pristine gift giving condition. T are no dents, dings, scratches, corrosion or discolorations on this very beautiful German Pewter Whiskey Whistle. **This piece stands perfectly straight contrary to my poor photographs. DESCRIPTION: The winner of this auction will receive the lovely item shown in the photos. This item is commonly called a whiskey whistle. Inside the "bowl" of the pipe, t is a small hole. It appears that you drink the beverage through the black plastic mouthpiece. This is an absolutely gorgeous piece. It features a spectacular Waldtiere (Wildlife) theme. The bowl of the pipe features 2 lovely scenes. The first scene shows a huge majestic buck standing over a resting doe. They are surrounded by a stunning border of all different items used by a hunter. These items range from packs, hats, rifles, shotguns, binoculars, arrows, horns, rabbits and more. The second scene shows a gobbling turkey. The turkey is standing on a tree branch. This scene is also surrounded by the same magnificent border as the first scene.
