On offer a Privately issued Test Specimen Banknote, Germany DM 20, 2014 in perfect, mint, UNC, condition. These Specimen/Test notes are part of a series that has recently taken banknote collectors by storm. The creators produce a variety of designs that represent nations no longer producing currency, and have filled that void with their own designs. What makes their notes such a hit is the creators are able to incorporate highly sophisticated security features never before seen in what are strictly speaking fantasy editions. Printed on watermarked paper, with top quality printing techniques, these even feature imagery only visible under UV light. The designs are very well thought out, and reflect what a contemporary release from these country's might have looked like if they still issued currency. All of their notes are given greater appeal by the strictly limited numbers they produce, just 500 of each.
