This is a beautiful GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY GLACIER NATIONAL PARK Photo Booklet from about the early 1900's. T is no date other than someone wrote at the top of the cover 1912. The Forward is written by Mary Roberts Rinehart (1876-1958), an American author of over 60 novels. She is credited with the famous line "The Butler Did It". She was one of the most popular and prolific writers of this century. She authored "Through Glacier Park" in 1915 and the sequel, "Tenting To-Night" in 1916, a Western History Classic about Glacier and Washington's North Cascades. Her Forward is a most beautiful breathtaking dramatic description of the call of the Magnificent Rocky Mountains and saving your soul t This is an exceptional piece from a collection of National Park and Railroad ephemera. I am listing several pieces from an early West Yellowstone Museum Collection over the next week. This booklet is soft cover, 30 pages and is about 8 1/4" by 12". It is in really nice shape. The photos including the cover have a striking reflective quality. Some of the photos document the Blackfeet Indians. T are 2 Hileman -Kalispell, Montana - photos, and 24 Fred H.
