I am the original owner of this item. The cover picture remains intact and all inserts are in NM condition, virtually no sign of wear on them. While this is not one of the first 500 printed, this item has clearly been put together by hand, and has most of the bottom of the sleeve detached, revealing one thin strip of glue residue when moved apart. Anyone I know who owns this record has experienced some type of separation on the cover seams because of the light amount of glue used. The well known Canadian penny, clearly flattened by a train, is included in the envelope here. The disc itself has its fair share of paper scuffs and surface scratches but still plays all the way through without skips. Plenty of glossy sheen left as you can see the window's reflection on the vinyl surface above. Disc would probably benefit from a cleaning. If I had to grade I would say disc: VG and cover: VG-. If it weren't for the glue coming undone on the bottom it would be an easy EX. Any questions feel free to ask.
