Most items leave my warehouse (read 'garage') within 24-48 hours , but since I am human and do get sick and go on vacation and stuff, sometimes I falter. But, I do try very hard to make other arrangements or shut down my listings for vacations etc. I have also totally missed an order or two in my history, but have always taken care of my customers as best I could.For most orders of a larger nature, you should receive and email tracking number from FedEx Ground, for smaller items (under a few pounds) you should receive email notification from PayPal/USPS that the item has shipped. On occasion I also ship larger items through UPS at work, which leaves the relaying of the tracking info up to me.If you feel I have forgotten about you and your order, please don't hesitate to email me through the eBay system. Posting a question to one of my existing listings about your shipment (please refer to the item number or item name) is probably the fastest way to get a response, but I do my best to respond to all emails in a timely manner. International and non-continental US shipments do cost more to ship and turnaround is slower (I have to physically get to the post office and do a bunch of paperwork for international).
