OLD Griswold #32 Windproof Ashtray Cast Iron Kettle This auction is for a vintage Griswold #32 cast iron ashtray. The bottom is marked "WIND PROOF ASH TRAY GRISWOLD 32 3 ". Attached is a metal handle and t is a wire grate that fits on top. You will see in the pics the weld marks on the piece and that t is one wire that has come loose. I don't know if t were caps on the bottom of the legs at one time or not. The last 2 pics show what I think is a manufacture flaw on one side by the handle. When I first saw this I thought that it might be a "newer" piece. But, then I found a few while doing a search for these and almost everyone said that this is a "RARE" thing. I will do this as long as the multiple items can be safely packed together. I print my shipping labels through Paypal. Tfor, the item will be shipped to the address that Paypal has on record.
