This is a group interesting dinosaur fossils found in the Hell Creek badlands of southeastern Montana! Included are 3 nicely detailed larger chunks of Triceratops frill. Triceratops horridus is the world-famous tri-horned ceratopsian dinosaur & the frill is the large head shield at the rear of the skull. The largest frill section measures approx. 4 1/2" (115mm) in length. They are from uppermost Cretaceous age (Maastrichtian) deposits, in the Hell Creek Formation, Carter County, Montana on private ranchland. Thanks for looking.
