Up for auction is a wonderful Blue/green quart Saratoga style 1870s bottle from Guilford, VT. This stuff was intended as a cure for lots of crazy diseases, including Cancer! It's not mint, but in good shape. It weighs 2 pounds. It measures 10 inches tall and 2 inches wide at the base. It's a beautiful blue-green color. It's fairly crude with some bubbles and an applied top. The seam goes up to the bottom of the neck and stop. T are also twist marks evident on the neck. T is a crack on the lip which is a little over a half and inch long. The crack and the glass around it is stable and not loose. T is also a small chip on the top of the lip, about the size of a pencil eraser. The chip is not deep. Other than that, the bottle is in great shape. S&H for this bottle is $8.95 USPS Priority Flat Rate.
