Here is a very nice Illinois Central 2-8-0 imported by Hallmark, Dong Jin of South Korea, builder. Most likely mid-1960s manufacturing date. Very good to excellent condition throughout. Boiler weight is included in original wrapping. It would appear this unit has spent nearly all its life as shelf display. Normal appearing tarnish patina. No heavy stains or major scars noted. Driver wear is minimal. No backhead cab detail. Box and foam are in very good condition, box shows very minimal shelf wear. As with all models of this age, a thorough cleaning and lube would be highly recommended before running it on your layout. I have no test track available and I have not tested the unit, so unit is sold as is. Judging from the overall condition I see no reason why it should not operate fine with a good tuning. Shipping to USA or Canada only. Canadian buyers please add 25% to stated shipping amount to cover airmail expenses.
