Hamilton Elapsed Time aircraft 8-day chronograph clock, H-37500Good running order, runs for full 8 days, all functions perform flawlesslyC07 Description: Hamilton Elapsed Time aircraft 8-day chronograph clock, H-37500, Contract #96322, Serial #020097, Stock #R88-C-573-II, white on black printed dial, sub-dials include constant seconds and civil date, chronograph minute register, and separately activated 12-hour elapsed timer. When activated, the elapsed time dial displays red in its aperture, half-red when stopped, and white when inactive. The lower left button operates the elapsed time dial, while the upper right button operates the chronograph. Winding by lower left crown is switched to setting by pulling. Date is set by the inset button just above the lower left crown and pusher. All original, fr om a San Francisco private collection.Condition: Examined by yours truly, a specialist in antique and vintage watches since 1971: Good running order, runs for full 8 days, all functions perform flawlessly, excellent movement condition overall; dial mint; hands near mint, chip to paint on sweep; case excellent, wear to button tops, small chip on bezel, missing one of the eight case screws as shown; good glass crystal.Please note the order of grading terms - Pristine - Mint - Excellent - Fine - Fair - PoorChoose Buy-it-Now or Absolute AuctionAll
