Hand and Machine Sewn Amish Pillow/Lap Quilt or Crib Quilt.Purchased in Pennsylvania, this beautiful Amish lap quilt is very interesting. Unfolded it is a 41"x63" quilt; folded it is a 17"x18" pillow with a star pattern that has been hand-sewn (see last picture for stitching detail). Because of its size, it could also be used for a toddler bed or crib. It's also beautiful as an accent pillow.When unfolded, the quilted star is flipped under and creates a pocket. See pictures to fold back into a pillow which is basically a trifold longways with another trifold up to the pocket where the star is then flipped right-side out while tucking the folded quilt into the pocket.This quilt has never been used and is in perfect condition with no holes, rips, tears or stains. Photographed on a queen size bed to give you an idea of its size.
