This quilt is in excellent condition ! No stains, no holes, no smells. It is hand stitched but the binding looks machine done. It is made of plaid flannels and mens shirting. The colors are browns, tans and blues with touches of red and light greens the backing is a dark blue gingham. It is very well made and has an unusual pattern that I could not identify. The pattern appears to be a 5 pointed star on its side. the top triangle is very small. the next 2 larger and the last two the longest. I do not know how old this is. I purchased it at an antique store. It appears old but in very good condition. Very attractive, the maker blended her colors and choice of fabrics well. A very large quilt at 80 x 100 inches. About 4 spi.this would be great on a bed. Folded display, large wall hanging, family couch blanket etc.....Posted with eBay Mobile
