This tin toy car was purchased by two European bidders. The first a French bidder, never responded to numerous emails and request for payment. Complete silence from the date of purchase. The second a man from Germany wanted me to ship it to a hotel instead of to his address in Germany. He was rude and demanding therefore I canceled the sale. If you are from another country I will only ship via the international eBay shipping program. I will not ship to a hotel or alternative address unless you are willing to take responsibility for delivery personally. This is the third time I will have listed this toy. What a pain.I will start this out by saying I know nothing about vintage tin toy toys. I showed this to someone who knows a little bit and they thought that it was by Eberl but since it is unmarked I can't be sure. I thought that it perhaps might be but if you think differently please let me know as I do not want to describe this incorrectly. It measures 6 inches long by 3 1/4 inches tall. As shown in the photos someone has scratched and what I'm guessing is a gift date being Christmas of 1909. The mechanism that propels the car is unlike anything that I have seen in the brief bit of research that I've done on line. You apparently spin the wheel which then drives the car based on the centrical force of the spinning wheel which drives read more
