It has a foam lining for stability, and a wired brim for shape, and a velcro and elastic strap to adjust the head size. It can be operated like a puppet with a moveable mouth, and it has a hidden compartment as well. This is a new, unworn licensed hat produced by Elope. Checks drawn on U.S. banks, and payable in U.S. funds, are accepted for payment but require twelve days to clear.
