Offered is an Antique ABP American Brilliant Cut Glass 8.75" Plate signed by the Maker, Hawkes. Unique plate is etched along the rim with a Tropical/Caribbean/African theme as clipper ships sail to islands with palm trees. Superb detail on the clipper ships; a rare find! Signed "Hawkes" in acid etch along rim of base. Item is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or fleabites to glass. Light surface wear/scratching. Measures approximately 8.75" in diameter and 5/8" high. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
