This is a limited edition collector plate from The Carson Mint. It is entitled "Hearts and Flowers" by Jan Hagara. It is the 2nd plate in the annual series "America Has Heart". This series was permanently closed on Dec. 31, 1981. It is certified and registered by American Heart Assoc. This plate is autographed on the back by the artist. It is hand numbered and dated on the back. It measures 8 1/2" across and in good condition with no chips or cracks. It comes in the original box but I do not have the coa with it.
