Heiser High Back Saddle was made in Denver, Colorado. Makers mark is on latigo holder, both stirrups, behind the seat and in front of the seat. High on the skirting is #14-01-F. T is a worn through spot on the pomel. Saddle strings are very dry and may need to be replaced. The saddle has beautiful tooling. All parts seem to be original, except for the horn cover, which is in good shape. This is a very nice old saddle for its age. I was told that the saddle was made around 1910, but have no documentation to prove this, however. I bought this saddle in Kansas and I understand that the saddle came out of Oklahoma. This items was listed previously, but buyer took another old saddle that I had instead, so am relisting this saddle again. We recently moved to Kentucky from El Dorado, Kansas and our feedback number were in the 140 range and that is not reflected yet on our new account. We have sold on Ebay for a number of years and have very good feedback.
