HERMAN MUNSTER - RARE RESIN MODEL BUST - TV CLASSIC MONSTER Here's TV Land's favorite patchwork goof, Herman Munster, creatively captured as a large scale resin bust by Flintstone Studios. In 1964 television was taken by storm each week, as audiences laughed out loud with the horrific hyjinx of "The Munsters." The residents of 1313 Mockingbird Lane spent two glorious seasons entertaining the world, all the while building a legacy that lives on strongly today. Mixing equal portions of the Universal Classic Monsters and the All American Family, The Munsters had a special spark, and epitomized the great comedies of '60's TV. Here's ol' Herman hooting it up just as he did on the boob tube each week. Produced seven years ago as a limited edition bust, Herman was crisply sculpted by Chris Elizardo, who delivers a fabulous portrait of actor Fred Gwynne in foam rubber and greasepaint. The bust is flawlessly cast in solid off-white resin as one piece, with two resin neck bolts also supplied. It's a large bust, measuring 7 3/4" tall x 4 1/2" wide, and must be an utter joy to paint in ghastly green fleshtones. Herman's complete, unbuilt, and ready to roar once more in your world.
