Spine and spine edge of front cover light fading. Silver airplane motif in black design and lettering on front cover/ black lettering on spine. Corners bumped. Endpapers browned at spine. Interior very good. No dust jacket. 343 pages/53 handsome illustrations throughout text (6 full page in color) by Manning V. Lee. Foreword by Commander Richard E. Byrd.
