This is a factory 12 pack of #2652 USRA 55-Ton Norfolk & Western Hoppers.The kits are New Old Stock, c. 2000.They have always been stored in the factory cardboard 12 pack.All of the road numbers are different, as listed on the paperwork, picture #2.The cardboard 12 pack will be boxed again for secure shipping.
