You are looking at a HO scale lot of Plasticville buildings. Everything is glued except the school, church steeple and most of the station. In decent shape except for a small warp mark in the back of the white house ( see picture ). Any questions send me an e-mail. Shipping will be USPS priority mail on a 1 1/2 pound package from zip 48813. No returns unless I grossly misrepresent my listing. I pack well with bubble wrap and send with delivery confirmation. I GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING AT ACTUAL COST! No Checks! I guess I can only accept paypal now. If you can"t leave 5 star ratings please let me know. Ebay is requiring great feedback for selling now.
