HO Pennsylvania 5 stripe F7 diesel locomotive #9506 by Athearn. It comes in its original box and packaging but the couplers are missing and it has not been tested. The picture(s) are of the actual item.It appears to be in excellent, unused, condition without any apparent problems but it has not been tested. Therefore, it is being sold in AS IS condition. The picture(s) are of the actual item and all questions are encouraged. All sales are final but returns are accepted if the item is substantially different than the description. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. I combine items for shipping when and where possible. Just inform me that that is what you wish. I prefer to use Priority Mail for shipping because of its relative speed and safety while having a relatively low cost. However 1st Class, Parcel Post and UPS is always an option. However, if using 1st Class International, insurance is not available and is not covered by e-bay's buyer protection plan because delivery confirmation is not available. The shipping charges are the actual USPS charges and will include insurance for any single item fith a final value of $5.00 or more. Insurance is NOT an option and is for the protection of the purchaser as well as the seller.I normall do not ship outside the United States or Canada because of the high cost
