Sorry I am not sure what brand of decoder. Condition: Very Good, I did test it and it ran and sounded very good. Box Condition: Very Good, but it is not the correct box. There is no paperwork. Please not in the picture with the nose of the unit there is a cobweb, it�s not scratched. Insurance is included in the shipping price.
