Holy Bible 1852 Old New Testaments With Family Record DESCRIPTION Nice antique 1852 Leather bound (?) Holy Bible - Old & New Testaments together with The Apocryphha, Translated from the Original Tongues and with the Former Translations Diligently Compared and Revised: with Canne's Marginal Notes and References. Published by John B. Perry, 198 Market Street, Philadelphia. This is a large, complete Bible and has Family Records completed to some extent by Waite, Wolfe and Abbott families - unfortunately t is no reference to the town or state. 760+ page Bible with some condition issues - the 'title' page has been reinforced with cellophane tape, as has several other pages - considering this volume is 130+ years old it is in remarkably good, clean condition. Binding is intact and t appear to be no missing pages. Bible measures 12" x 12" x 3" thick. Interesting sketches and color plates - t are also several 'pressed' leaves that I am leaving on the original pages (which have obviously 'stained' the pages they are pressed between) and in their original conditions. Will be shipped Media Mail due to size and weight, however, Priority Mail is an option if you choose (Media & Priority U.S. only).
