Hoosier Style White & Red Enamel Top Kitchen Cabinet Country charm and more! This is a spectacular vintage 1930-40's kitchen cabinet styled after the Hoosier Co. style. The brand of this is actually "Oxford Cabinet Co." out of Oxford, PA. This has everything anyone could want in a kitchen cabinet, plus it is very practical to use today and structurally sound for many more years of use. The top half (which is removable) has two doors and a wood slat roll down bread cabinet and the roll down works smoothly. On the bottom half of the cabinet is topped with a great white enamel top with cherry red trim in fabulous condition, no chips or major scratches. Under this are four smaller drawers, two square ones, one on each side of two stacked rectangular ones. The square ones on each side have a metal lining completely around all the wood sides, ends and bottoms. At one time I believe they had sliding tops, but those are no longer t but can be purchased at a reproduction house or if you are lucky, an antique outlet. The two rectangular ones are dovetailed. Under these drawers are two larger doors for lots of storage. It looks like the bottom of this piece has been replaced with ¼" plywood, which was probably the original type of piece that was t and now it is already replaced and ready to use.
