FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE!!! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS EXTRA. This is a beautiful Howard Miller Barwick Clock Division mantel clock Model 4998. The movement is a Hermle 1050-020 2 Jewel, manufactured in 1976. This clock has 3 different chimes to choose from. The chimes are Westminster , St. Michael, Whittington, or silent; with a selection lever on the dial. This clock comes with the original key, paperwork (instructions), and a certificate of limited warranty, which I am sure, is expired. This clock even has the original protective cushion that goes between the hammers and chime rods. It also has the original paperwork on the back panel. However, I do not have the original box. The clock runs and chimes correctly, as it should. T are no known issues; I have had it running with no problems for about a month. The case is in relatively new looking shape. T are no scratches, dents, or gouges other than the natural wood grain. I know the movement was made in 1976 because it is dated, but the clock itself is not dated. The case is the same design of the current Howard Miller Clock Model # 612-436 Thomas Tompion, which retails for over $900.00. Mr. Tompion was a founding member of England âe(tm)s famed Clockmakerâe(tm)s Guild of the 1630's. Rare Carpathian elm burl facing on the door. Case design is accented with golden decoration. Glass sides and mirrored back reveal the movement. Brass finished dial offers silver chapter ring on ornate face Decorative corner spandrels Black roman numerals Durable bronze bushings. Key-wound, triple chime movement with chime silence option and durable bronze bushings. Finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers. The clock measurements are 14-3/8âe in length, 8-1/8âe wide, and 18-1/2âe tall. The dial is 6-1/2âe in diameter. The weight is about 15 pounds.
