Adoration - No. 2015, from the design of Sister MI Hummel, originally made in the 1930s. The figurine is of a girl and boy praying at a wayside shrine of the Madonna and Child. Called in German Bei Mutter Maria Paper label. Measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches at base, 6 1/2 inches high. Very Good condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. Bears MI Hummel signature on base and Goebel trademark #9, (as shown). Only the presence of both guarantees authenticity. Dated 1994 in mold.
