HOLY CHILD (#70) 6.75" Tall - (c. 1950 - 1955) This genuine Hummel figurine is from a private collection (Check out my other items !) which has been kept inside a glass display cabinet for more than 25 years. All of the figurines were acquired prior to 1979. To my knowledge, none of the figurines have been repaired. All of the figurines have the M.I. Hummel signature and the number/size incised on the piece. I do not have any of the original boxes. Unless otherwise stated, the figurines are in very good to excellent condition with only minor, typical crazing found in some pieces. This older piece is in excellent condition. No crazing is visible. It has the full bee stamp inside an incised circle (TMK2 - 1950-1955). Western Germany is printed in black. Note the large hole in the bottom of the piece. Original paper label is on the front of the base. An excellen example of craftmanship and quality. A great addition to an existing collection or starting a new one.
