A major clear out of my den has been ordered!! Ibanez V360 Acoustic – I think from the late 70s / early 80s. This is another item that has been gathering dust in my den for some years. BAD POINT FIRST – the neck was repaired at some stage in its life long ago – you may be able to see around the first fret that there is a 3 inch long oval blemish on the back of the neck where a repair has been undertaken – whatever this repair was has also slightly affected the smoothness of the fretboard / binding at the first fret - you can just about see this in the side view. Given the number of years ago that the repair was carried out, I think it’s safe to say that the repair is durable. The blemish was never a concern for me and, after a little “getting-to-know-you” time, it didn’t affect my playing at all. However, please bear this information in mind when bidding. The sound of this guitar is its reason to be! One of the sweetest sounding acoustics you’ll hear. Not sure of the fine details of woods etc but everything (apart from above) is just as it should be and in super condition. Fitted hard shell case included. .
