This 10x10 metal trail marker is the type used to mark the Iditarod National Historic trail from Seward by the coast to Nome, some 1200 miles north. It is the current type now being used. A quantity were produced to be sold as fund raisers by the Iditarod Trailblazers and it has not been stolen off the trail.
