Rosasite, an uncommon copper-zinc carbonate .This piece is a rich sample for such a rare species. An aesthetic, alive-looking piece with Beautiful teal blue botryroids of rosasite .This matrix specimen is not only beautiful but it is also an important piece from the Ojuela Mine. It is contrasted in an elegant manner with the red host matrix. A lovely, sculptural form with great coverage of this normally rare species . This is a new specimen from the January 2010 pocket. There is some malachite and very gemmy white calcites with this piece! The specimen is from: Cumbres Vein, Level 6, Mina La Ojuela, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico The specimen is 6.4 by 4.3 by 2.9 cm's in size. We do combined shipping on orders of two or more!
