You are looking at an Incredible Large Antique Piaroa Ceremonial Mask, Venezuela - 20" HighThis great piece was hand made by the Piaroa tribe of Venezuela between the beginning and the middle of the 20th CenturyThe mask is made from different materials and painted with natural colors. It is attached to a plant based fabric used to pull the mask over and cover the upper bodyEx Miami Diplomat Collection, Acquired in the 1960s/70sMeasures approx. 20" high x 10" wide - Weight: approx. 5 lbsVery decorative!
