Very unusual trombone, can't find any information about the maker R Dickinson Sheffield conservatory model. All the parts are branded with his name, fantastic silver chased bell. In good condition, slide needs a bit of lubricant, but otherwise seems fine, I'm not a player so can't advise much on tone or playability.
